Pakistani Students:
Applications are now open for the HEC Chinese Government Scholarship in
China for year 2023. The HEC Chinese Government Scholarship is a prestigious
scholarship and a Fully Funded Scholarship. HEC Scholarship by Chinese
government is for all the Pakistani Students who wish to pursue their
Undergraduate Degree program, Master’s Degree program & Doctoral

2. Degree program from the Chinese Universities. This HEC scholarship is
available for the academic year of 2023-2024.
All the major academic fields are offered by the HEC Chinese Scholarship
Council including Science, Engineering, Management, Education, History,
Literature, Agriculture, Medicine, Economics, Legal studies, Philosophy and Fine
arts for scholarship recipients at all levels. The HEC Scholarship is awarded by
the China Scholarship Council.
CSC, Government of China is offering all Pakistani students and scholars to
study for free and research in Chinese universities under the Chinese
Government. Pakistan’s HEC is the agency nominated by the Government of
Chinese for these scholarships in the academic session 2022-23. Eligible
students may apply for this outrageous scholarships for undergraduate degree,
bachelor’s degree, master’s degree and doctoral and Ph.D. degree programs of
study.

Financial Benefits:
HEC scholarship will Covers all the expenses of candidates during the
Scholarship by the Chinese Government. Candidates will also get following
benefits during scholarship:
● Candidate will get benefit of all Tuition Fee Waiver, Administration
Cost, Application Fee.
● Free living quarters in the University.
● A Monthly Stipend:
○ Bachelor’s Students: CNY 2,500 per Month.
○ Master’s Students/General Scholars: CNY 3,000 per
Month.
○ Doctoral Students/Senior Scholars: CNY 3,500 per
Month.
Note: Students will cover travel expenses by himself. HEC scholarship will have
no Financial Responsibility.

5. Eligibility Criteria to Study free under HEC Chinese Government Scholarship for
Pakistani candidates:
● Candidate must be a national of Pakistan/AJK
● Must be a intermediate educated student (FA/ FSc or equivalent
A-level) and the restriction of age is 25-Years for Undergraduate
Programs
● Applicant Must be a Bachelor’s degree holder under the age of 35
years for Master’s Degree Programs
● Candidate Must be a Master’s degree holder and must be under
age of 40 Years for Doctoral Programs
● Please try to complete your application process, Incomplete
applications will not be accepted.
● Candidate must Apply via Online on HEC Portal and as well as in
Chinese Universities.

Note that, all of these Documents should be Uploaded Online to apply for this
HEC China Government Scholarship 2023. Hard Copies of the applications
are not required, when you are completing the online application process .

12. A copy of Non-Criminal Record from Police Department.
13. In the case of employment, No Objection Certificate, (NOC)
from the candidates employer will be required from the candidates
who’s are selected.

How to Apply for HEC Chinese Government
Scholarship?
Apply Online on HEC online Portal and as well as in Chinese Universities for
HEC Chinese Government Scholarship 2023. The Complete Procedure of the
Application is given below by the HEC:
1. Apply online at the http://scholarship.hec.gov.pk/ after
registering and completing your profile, please select “Learning
Opportunities Abroad”. After the submission of the application, get
its printed copy to be signed by candidate. HEC scholarship online
application portal shall be close on December 15, 2022 (23:59 PM
Pakistan Time).
2. Before applying for scholarship, kindly update your HEC profile with
latest email/cell number and updated information. All candidates are
advised to complete and send their application as soon as possible,
as the online application system of HEC will be very busy in the
days leading up to the application deadline. When you submit the

7. application successfully at HEC online portal, retain printed copy of
application form signed by yourself.
3. Send Your online application at CSC web portal at
http://www.campuschina.org/ or http://www.csc.edu.cn through
the program Type: A and Agency No.5861. Download your
submitted copy of complete application form from the Chinese
Scholarship Council portal, print and retained the application with a
signed copy with yourself.
