Mohammed El Batta, Founder & Managing Director
Mohammed El Batta is an experienced public relations/communications consultant
with 15 years experience working with key multinational, regional and local blue-chip
accounts across the Middle East with specialization in the telecom and IT sectors.
His expertise spans across strategic and campaign planning, crisis management,
internal communications, media relations and training, corporate social responsibility,
in addition to advertising, branding and event management.
He received recognition for his work from the Egyptian Ministry of Tourism, Cairo
Shopping & Tourism Festival, du, as well as Government of Sharjah. Mohammed is also
board member of the Middle East Public Relations Association chairing the corporate
communications and membership committee.

Halim Abou Seif, Senior Consultant
Halim is one of the region’s top communications professionals and trainers with over
23 years experience and is renowned for his strategic planning and counsel to top
government bodies and multinational organizations in Egypt and the region.
His primary expertise lies in strategic planning, communications training, crisis
management and reputation management, in addition to his experience in marketing,
event management and promotions.
Halim is founder and president of Egypt’s Jeep Club, that has established itself as one
of the strongest consumer marketing tools in the country for automotive brands. He is
also part time professor at the American University in Cairo and Misr International
University and accredited instructor at Charter institute of Public Relations in London.

Lojayne Mohsen, Senior Consultant
With over six years experience in integrated marketing communications between
agency and client side, Lojayne’s expertise spans across media relations, event
management, marketing, branding, planning and execution of tactical marketing
campaigns.
Lojayne’s career over the past three years was focused in the public relations domain
working on a wide range of clients specializing in the telecom and IT sectors such as
Qualcomm, Google, Red Hat, Citrix, Mimecast and Skype.Prior to moving to Dubai,
Lojayne worked in Egypt and handled several key accounts such as Samsung,
Novartis, Scib paints and Sprite.
Lojayne started her marketing career at Huawei Technologies and was responsible for
planning and organizing the company’s marketing, advertising and PR activities. She
was responsible for handling the company’s yearly participation at Cairo ICT
exhibition handling all preparations including booth design and construction,
logistics, budgeting, branding and PR activities.

Nimati Shuhaibar, Senior Account Manager
Nimati is a highly motivated communications and PR specialist with solid sales and
agency experience having worked for three years in Dubai after coming in from the
UK.
Nimati has a special focus on corporate and financial communications where she
managed clients relationships and built an extensive client base in the financial remit,
while identifying potential new business opportunities.
Nimati has worked with clients such as Barclays, BlackRock, Zawya, Siemens, Invest in
France Agency, and The Economist and has a strong background in Wealth
management, Corporate and retail banking and exchange traded funds.
After graduation Nimati worked for a FTSE 250 recruitment organization where she
focused on a niche segment of the market and handled corporate accounts such as
RBS, Namoura and Citi Group. She earned a degree in Business Management and
Economics from Royal Holloway University of London in the UK.

Amal Hegazy (Phd), Corporate Training Consultant
Amal is one of the region’s most notable corporate trainers and consultants with a
strong and vast experience in providing strategic counsel across different disciplines
ranging from communications training, career counseling, socio-psychological
guidance as well as life coaching.
Amal has over 30 years of specialized experience working in the UAE with both
federal and local government and private organizations as well as key universities and
colleges (Ministry of Education, Federal Demographic Council, Government of
Sharjah, Ajman University, Dubai Police, Higher Colleges of Technology (to name but
a few).
Amal obtained her PhD and Masters degrees in Psychology from Cairo University in
Egypt.
