25. New ways …
The mentees are happy about the concept itself
and what they profit from it (mentoring, events
and network), especially the experience of being
part of a new group - of having a new
reference group. They meet a lot of
Danish women and this strengthens their sense
of female identity and shows them different
opportunities of combining job and family life.
