Pop cakes Recipe
For this recipe, you need
              cottage cheese
              (mascarpone)         cake



                                        Chocolate


      plastic stick
                          edible
                          decorations
Crumble the cake in small parts, if you
         need help, use a food processor




                         ●   Add the mascarpone to cake




●   Make balls of the same size and put them in
    the fridge during 30 minutes, or in the
    freezer during 10 minutes
Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie




      Dip the stick in the chocolate.
      Press to 2/3 the depth of the ball.




put it in the fridge 30 minutes or in the freezer 10 minutes
Dip the pops upright in chocolate.
Chocolate must covered fully.




Decorate as you desire, then let stand finally enjoy your cake pops
