1. HEAD COOK
This is a fraternal organization approaching its busy season.
The kitchen works for breakfast, lunch and dinner throughout
the week, (Not all are done every day of the week).
The organization is looking for an EXPERIENCED Head Cooh
for the 3 person kitchen. This individual will be in charge of:
Ordering Product
Portion Control
Inventory Control
Managing the two kitchen staff
Cooking, etc.
Being able to cook in volume and speed are very important as
the busy season starts. This position requires a person to work
on its feet all the entire length of the shifts.
