3. Protecting the head
• Never touch the neck!
• Lift and putdown with two hands
withouttouchingneck or ears.
• Lift with two hand and putdown with one
hand (assuming the other hand is busy).
The head must not rotate!
Nose up all the time!
4. Protectingshoulder and elbow
• Always support for the elbow.
• On stomach move arm from beside the hip up
to the head. Always keep the hand lowerthan
the shoulder.
