2. Mental Health I always like to stimulate my mind. I like puzzles and crosswords, etc. I enjoy thinking about ideas and philosophies. As far as mental disorders, which are not very controllable, the most I can say is that I don’t have any currently and I don’t think I have a family history of any.
3. Physical Health I have to admit I’m not at the top of my game for this one. I have been trying to get more exercise though and plan on keeping up physical activity. I love being outdoors and moving around but I’ve never been very athletic.
4. Spiritual Health I always keep an open mind and I am never spiteful towards others religions.
5. Emotional Health As I keep saying, happiness is key! I’m an optimist and I almost always look on the bright side of things. I always hope for the best but prepare for the worst as well so I don’t get hit with a such hard blow when something bad happens. In the future I plan to keep up this attitude and make sure I’m not doing what I can to stay happy.
6. Social Health I have a really amazing group of friends and I plan to try and keep as many as I can of those through the years as well as make new, equally amazing ones. Its good to have friends but I always want to make sure they’re the real kind who accept me for who I am and stick with me through good and bad.
