• Be sure to cross channels
  (QR codes, tv, radio, ...)
• Your consumer might not know that you are
  on his preferred channel.

 Give your consumer the possibility to reach
  you at their preferred channel.

      – Write what you know. Speak the truth.

        be written to.
      – Write when you know. Don’t mail when you don’t

  numbers.
