Mike Brant was an Israeli pop star in the 1970s who achieved great success and popularity in France and other countries with hit songs like "Let Me Love You", "Qui Saura", and "Nothing But a Tear". However, he struggled with the pressures of fame and fan obsession. In 1974 he attempted suicide by jumping from a hotel balcony and suffered injuries. Less than a year later in 1975, at the young age of 27, Mike Brant died by suicide by jumping from another balcony.
