3. Step 1: Be a Leader
The number one key to network marketing success is
leadership. When we’re talking about leadership it has
nothing to do with your company and its products but
everything to do with YOU. You see, people don’t buy
into companies or products especially in this industry,
people buy into people. So they buy into the vision of
that individual, which makes them want to follow
them. You see leadership has very little to do with
performance and everything to do with attitude and
providing value.
So the key is to build yourself as a leader in this
industry and you will see that people will come to you.
They will want to know what it is that you are doing.
Ultimately leaders attract leaders, and that’s the key
of this business model, because it’s all about
duplication. This was my own personal experience, I
sought out the leaders in my company and reached
out to them for sponsorship. Wouldn’t you like your
prospects to seek you out? Well becoming a leader is
the foundation of your network marketing success.
4. Step 2: Have a Strategy
Your Strategies on how you will grow your business is
essentially the blood that will sustain your business.
The number one strategy that should be the
foundation of all your other strategies to ensure your

Essentially attraction marketing has to do with
attracting your prospects to yourself so that they
WANT to buy from you. The reality is that people love

You will need to think about your budget, time, and
what kind of strategies you will use. Will you be using
social media, paid marketing campaigns, free
marketing campaigns, video marketing on youtube,
SEO, blogging…etc. The list of your options goes on
and on.
But don’t be overwhelmed if you have no idea what
I’m talking about. When I started marketing my
business online I had absolutely zero knowledge, but
by focusing on learning one strategy at a time I was
able to get results. But this step of laying out your
plan is critical to your network marketing success.
6. Step 4: Develop your funnel
Your funnel is essentially the bread and butter of
your business and it consists of two things. 1)
Monetizing your leads and 2) creating automation in
your marketing. You want to become efficient at doing
this so you don’t burn yourself out. To do this
effectively and efficiently you should become
proficient at building your list of contacts, creating a
relationship with them and marketing to your list to get
them to buy from you. Most companies in network
marketing don’t teach these three marketing concepts
efficiently enough to their distributors so they are
properly equipped to see true success in their
businesses. But this is key, without it, you will not be
able to monetize your business, and a business
without sales is not a business, and a team without
duplication has no leverage.
