- 3. Curriculum Standards Search Click on Curriculum Standards Search
- 4. Identify your search criteria
- 5. Select your standard & benchmark Keep clicking on the benchmark until you get an underlined link. That link will take you to resources.
- 6. Review your results… You may need to narrow your search by using the menu on the left, or broaden your search based on your results.
- 7. Your Turn! Use the Curriculum Standards Search to find a resource to support a specific benchmark. Add that file to your content.
- 9. Science Elementary Search Click on the Science Elementary Tab Select your science “topic” and narrow your results.

- 11. Your Turn! Use the Science Elementary Search to find a resource. Add that file to your content.

- 13. Sharing your folders Click on/highlight folder you want to share Click on the down arrow next to the “choose” button on the right. Select “share”
- 14. Sharing folders (slide 2) Click on/highlight the folder where you want to “deposit” your shared information and then click the blue “Share” button.
- 15. Creating a class (slide 5) You will be prompted to review your class. You may edit the name, dates, or students. You may also duplicate the list of students but give the class a new name: you could have classes of the same students titled Math OR Science OR LA.
- 16. Building Assignments Create an assignment for your entire class, an individual, or a small group Share your assignment with your grade level.
- 17. Building Assignments Select the type of assignment you want to build and follow the prompts. Everything can be edited from the My Content window.
- 18. “Creating a Class” tip Consider creating classes of student groups—lit. circles, science projects, differentiated groupings 4th graders eat their gummy worms and dirt at our Nene Discussion
