The Midwest Center for Stress and Anxiety is a stress relief center functioning at Los Angeles in California,
since 1983. Over 60 million Americans struggle with Stress, Anxiety and Depression and the Midwest

The center follows the principles of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in their treatment programs as efficient

About the Program
The Attacking Anxiety & Depression program has been designed with the principles of Cognitive
Behavior Therapy and draws a systematic mechanism to eliminate negative thoughts, emotions and
behaviors. The fundamental premise is that thought patterns lead to behavioral and mood changes.
Thought patterns have been studied to effect changes in a way an individual feels, reacts and
emotes. Therefore, bringing suitable changes to thoughts can create substantial difference in
eliminating negative feelings and acts. The science behind the program is that when existing
thought patterns are challenged, it would help individuals to replace them with positivity.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is a therapeutic
