Le Sereno is located at the east end of St. Barthélemy
and stretches along 180 meters (600 feet) of sandy
beach on picturesque Grand Cul-de-Sac – a clear turquoise cove protected from the waves by a coral reef.
The site, ranked by The Travel Channel as “one of the
10 most beautiful beaches in the world”, is the island’s
most popular destination for kite sailors and wind surfers.

These elegant suites of approximately 35 m2 (375 ft2)
have large furnished terraces with a private beautifully
landscaped gardens overlooking the stunning swimming pool of Le Sereno and the turquoise waters of the
Grand Cul-de-Sac cove.

Villa du Pêcheur
All these waterfront suites overlook the stunning GrandCul-de-Sac lagoon, offering spectacular panoramic ocean
views. The suites are luxurious and spacious, evoking a
relaxed St Barth feel. The Suites, measuring from 45 to
70 m2 (aprox. 500 to 800 sqft plus garden and terraces),
are our most popular rooms and represent well over half
of the rooms at Le Sereno.
Directly located on the beach, La Villa du Pêcheur has
expansive outdoor living space with garden, deck and a
pool right on the beach. These spacious and conformable
villa - 80 m2 (900 sqft) features a bedroom with a separate living area plus comfortable outdoor furnishings including a dining room, oversize day beds and sun-loungers;
undoubtedly one of St. Barth’s most luxurious suites.

These spacious and conformable villas - 80 m2 (900
sqft)- feature a wooden deck
of 25 m2 (300 sq-ft) and a

feet in diameter) with massage jets from where you can
enjoy the view of the lagoon.
La Villa du Pêcheur can be combined with one or two
adjacent Grand Suite Plage to create a magnificent two or
three bedroom Suite called “Le Village du Pêcheur”.
All rooms of the village are overlooking the water and all
open into the central garden, the deck and the private
swimming pool.
Two Suites Terrasse are especially designed to disabled
people. Room sizes are approximate and may vary.

Fresh Fish, Simplicity, Feet-in-the-Sand
Local fishermen arrive at Le Sereno in their boats to deliver their daily catch, which is complemented by the best
fish and meats flown in directly from France. In addition,
we usually have larger whole fish that can be shared by
the whole table.
Le Restaurant des Pêcheurs serves fresh seafood in an
elegant yet relaxed environment. The emphasis is on freshness, this is the place for fresh fish in St. Barth.
Our Chef takes the fresh ingredients and with a minimum
of manipulation transforms them into simple and savory
dishes. The fish is ”prepared as you like it”, whole or fille-

ted, grilled, seared or our famous whole fish “en croute
de sel” (whole fish baked in a sea-salt crust).
Le Sereno serves, breakfast, lunch and dinner in the main
restaurant. We also offer a Beach and Pool menu (the
Menu Plage), served continuously from noon until dark.
The Menu Plage, includes steaks, salads, brochettes,
sandwiches, burgers, desserts and other dishes that you
can eat poolside, on the beach or in the dining room.
Before the meal or at any time during the day, you can
have a drink and relax at the Lounge and Martini Bar at Le
Sereno. The Lounge is next to the restaurant and also
overlooks the bay.
A special mention for our authentic Bouillabaisse
“à l’ancienne” EVERY FRIDAY and L’Aïoli EVERY
WEDNESDAY.

There are only three Le Sereno Villas.
Each has four bedrooms, very large living areas,
expansive terraces, a landscaped garden, private
parking and an oversized pool with magnificent
views over the Grand Cul-de-Sac lagoon and the
Caribbean beyond.
The Villas are delivered fully equipped and furnished.
Le Sereno Villas offer a high degree of privacy while
allowing Villa owners access to all of Le Sereno’s
amenities and services, including room service, housekeeping, concierge, maintenance, landscaping and
a beach club, including a beachfront freshwater pool,
and a gourmet restaurant.
Owners may also take advantage of rental management service, where the hotel will rent their Villa
when the owner is not in the residence and maintain
the property. Construction on Le Sereno Villas was
completed on December 2009. You may arrange a
site visit with your broker.
