In 2014, he would race in the Clay Pigeon Championship to gain experience working with a team, costing an estimated £32,000. In 2015, the goals are to race in the televised British Super 1 Championship with Kart Express, costing an estimated £14,710, as well as the Clay Pigeon Championship, costing an estimated £19,600. 2. An Introduction
• The following pages introduce Michael Kelly, list his
achievements to date and describe who he would be racing
with in 2014/5 if we can give him the opportunity
• The word ‘opportunity’ is chosen carefully, Michael has raced
supported by his Father until now but needs the experience
and expertise of a professional team to maximise his
potential. His family are hoping this opportunity can be taken
now, when it matters, to take Michael to the higher echelons
of racing
• 2014 is about consolidation, getting Michael used to working
with a race team and preparing him for the British

last race which he couldn’t attend due to a car crash on the
way to the track!)
