accommodation, travel and service partners whose aim is to heighten golfer’s awareness of Golf In
Thailand.
The establishment of the Amazing Thailand Golf Alliance™ sets a challenge to all emerging and
established golf destinations to raise the bar for Marketing and Exposure. Strongly supported by the
Tourism Authority of Thailand the Amazing Thailand Golf Alliance is positioned to shout loudly and
proudly about golf in Thailand.
Thailand offers some of the BEST golf on the PLANET, ‐ Thailand offers the BEST service and the
opportunity to experience the BEST golfing conditions any golfer could hope for.
We know the standard of our golf courses, clubhouse facilities, hotels and tour operators are on a par
if not better than other golf destinations we intend to highlight this to golfers to enable them to make
an informed choice of their next golfing destination.
International Golf Solutions’ expertise in golf management and extensive network across the golf and
travel world and the Amazing Thailand Golf Alliance Team will carry the important message to buyers
in our target markets.
As an Alliance the economies of scale allow for a small monthly fee to cover a vast array of activities
and golf related global golf events. The founder Partner’s Fee per month is set at 15,000 THB per
property.
We hope to be able to speak to you directly very soon and we look forward to working more closely

Exhibitions and Events
The AMAZING THAILAND GOLF ALLIANCE Team will visit on behalf of its members the following

October 31 to November 6 ‐ Asia Pacific Golf Conference ‐ Pattaya, Thailand.
The APGC is the largest of its kind in Asia and focuses on golf activities, golf suppliers and Agent
Buyers
November 2011 ‐ The International Golf Travel Market
The premier event for the golf travel industry. Over 600 golf tourism suppliers join 350 pre‐qualified
buyers and 140 international press for four days of pre‐scheduled appointments, networking
opportunities and industry updates. In 2011, IGTM will be held in Belek, Turkey.
February 2012 ‐ Japan Golf Fair
The Largest golf fair event in Japan – open to buyers and suppliers and latterly the general golf public.
The 2012 event will be held in Tokyo.
March 2011 – Korea Golf and Leisure Fair
Korea’s best and only Golf Fair. Opportunity to market to the Korea Golf Agents Association and
other leisure and travel buyers
May 2012 – The Arabian Travel Market
The travel and tourism event unlocking business potential within the Middle East for inbound and
outbound tourism professionals. Tourism destinations from the Middle East and around the world
showcase a diverse range of accommodation options, breathtaking tourism attractions and new
airline routes.
Plus other Ad Hoc events with TAT on behalf of the Partners.
Golf Events / Fam Trips / Fairs in Thailand
The AMAZING THAILAND GOLF ALLIANCE team will organise on a 6 weekly basis AGENT / PRESS trips
from Europe, SE Asia, Australia and New Zealand, the Middle East and new emerging markets. Each
FAM Trip will focus on Thailand Region and showcase partner properties within that region.
Every 2 months there will be an “internal” Golf Alliance Golf Event at one of the partner courses and
function at one of the Partner Hotel properties. These events will be used to showcase the Partner
properties, its activities and for networking within the Alliance. Partners will be able to enter two
teams for each event. VIP Teams maybe added
PRESS CONFERENCES AND PRESS ACTIVITIES
With the use of Mandarin Media the AMAZING THAILAND GOLF ALLIANCE will issue news to all Media
contacts every week. News events, stories etc will be distributed from all Partners to the Media via
Mandarin Media – this media consultancy specialises in GOLF and has a sound track record for
traction and exposure in print, online and TV media.
From time to time Mandarin Media will prepare and present Press Conferences to create interest in
the Alliance and to focus on Partner’s activities and events.

Tour Operator Packages
The AMAZING THAILAND GOLF ALLIANCE will appoint a ground handler / agent to handle ALL tours
booked through the AMAZING THAILAND GOLF ALLIANCE website.
Partners are free to negotiate their package rates and tours with the appointed Agent and have the
ability to change offers as needs be. Access to the website is included in the monthly Alliance Fee.
Partners will receive their normal agent rate – Bookings will be tracked and the data produced will
bring a clear picture for Partners as to where golfers are coming from and which offers are working
and which are not.
The Alliance Website
The AMAZING THAILAND GOLF ALLIANCE website will act as a portal to the Partner’s property. Each
Partner will have a minimum of 1 page and maximum of 3 pages within the relevant section or
sections. All are fully editable and all changes will be processed in less than 24 hours (during normal
business hours)

Partners are free to advertise their properties special deals or simple information for visitors to the

etc to further extend the reach and awareness of the Alliance

Trips, Agent Fam Trips and through the website. This data will be shared via the website through a
secure Partner’s only portal for use by the Members for any direct marketing they wish to perform.
