2. Sales Management: 1. In Main menu  Sales  Click on Sales order  To create new sales order click on New.

3. 2. New sales order form opens, Select customer details -> In Sales order lines -> click on New , a pop-up window appears.

4. 3. Select product details ,required quantity, unit price ,discount, add tax and then click on S ave & Close .

5. 4. Click on Compute to calculate Total and Taxes

6. 5. Click on Confirm order , status of the sales order changes to I n progress.

7. 6. In Main menu bar -> Warehouse -> Warehouse management, click on Delivery Orders.

8. 7. Edit the Delivery order which is in Confirmed state, related to the Sale Order generated.

9. 8. Click on Check Availabilty if Products are available in the stock or else click on Force Availabilty .

10. 9. Next Click on Process button. A Pop-up window appears to Process Products.

11. 10. Next click on Validate in Products to Process Window.

12. 11. The Status of the Delivery Order Changes to Done.

13. 12. Next Save the Delivery Order. Click on Create Invoice to create Customer Invoice.

14. 13. Create Invoice Pop-Up window appears on the screen. Select the Journal, Invoice Date and click on Create.

15. 14. A Customer invoice is generated in Draft State .

16. 15. Next click on Pro-form and Validate . The status of the Customer Invoice changes to Open. Next Click on Payment .

17. 16. Pay Invoice form appears. Select the Payment Method , Date and enter Payment Reference . Next click on validate.

18. 17. Finally, status of the Pay invoice form changes to Posted.
