OUR COMPANY STORY
My whole life I had searched for a cure for my severe dry
cracked chapped lips. At 30, our daughter was born and
while breastfeeding her, I started experimenting with
lanolin and realized that my lips were healed for the first
time in my life. After searching with no avail for a lanolin
based lip product nationwide. I decided to research and
make something on my own. I went to the local health
food store and purchased several natural moisturizing
oils to mix with medical-grade lanolin. I incorporated
jojoba, sweet almond and vitamin E into the formulation
and crated several stove-top variations and started
sharing with friends and family. The response was
tremendous and The Lano Company was officially born.
Our goal has always been to change the way people feel
about natural cosmetics and make them affordable for
everyone. We truly want to use natural, organic
ingredients that are not only beautiful but work. We
