general truth.
It is also used to express things that happens always the
same.

The conditional one is used to express cause and effect in a factual situation.
You can use in the result clause “will, can, may, or might”

The conditional 2 is used to express situations that are contrary to the
facts or unreal in present tense.
Example: If I were a number, I would be number 1.
The verbs in the if clause is always in past tense. And the verbs in the
result clause are with the modal would.

The conditional 3 is used to express situations that are contrary to the
fact in past tense.
The verb in the if clause is in past perfect, and the verb in the result
clause is in past participle form and follows the modal would and the
verb have.
