Spirituality is paying Attention to the Life of the Spirit in Us,
It is going out to the desert or to the Mountain to pray
It is standing before the Lord with open heart and open mind
It is crying out, “Abba, Father!”
It is Contemplating the Unspeakable Beauty of God

30 The apostles gathered around Jesus and reported to him all
they had done and taught.
31Then, because so many people were coming and going that
they did not even have a chance to eat, he said to them,
“Come with me by yourselves to a quiet place and get some
