1. I have not sketched out each design. I have brainstormed and then experimented with different visual approaches to resolve
ways to represent each letter.
I wanted each fabric to have a different texture and aesthetic, so have used photography, watercolour, illustration, sewing
paper collage and digital manipulation to resolve each sample.

2. ? ? ? ? ??? ? ? ? ? ? ?
I wanted something simple for Q, so explored typography and the way letters can
create interesting silhouettes with positive and negative spaces.
