1. THE PROJECT EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The main objective of this document is to inform investor about very interesting idea that belongs to Mr. Mikheil Gulitashvili.
Idea is about to create web-portal that contains several directions such as: 3D social network, new invented games with new scenarios (with 3D and with usual graphic view), personal accounts with one unique money transferring system and so on (see more details in chapter 3).
Mr. Mikheil is an inventor of new games and scenarios and he permanently develops and creates new products related to web-portal. He needs to start project with sponsor in order to realize his ideas and create web-portal with very profitable opportunities.
By introduction our idea in this document we are seeking potential investor who will finance creation of web-portal. Sponsorship has to be considered as sharing of some percentage from income and not as debt based loan.
Also, it is possible to start project with company who has team of professionals and infrastructure of all equipment to create such website as credit from their side. This means to safe money from hiring professionals and purchasing equipment.
All the information in this document is in general and is under consideration and discussion with possible investor. The detailed explanations of tasks and steps related to this project are written as technical documents in Georgian and prepared for actual development. They will be translated in English accordingly during work on the project.
2. THE COMPANY/TEAM
2.1. COMPANY BACKGROUND
The history of this innovative idea starts with one ordinary young boy Mikheil Gulitashvili who lives in the town Sachkhere, Georgia. His dream is to create worldwide IT company based on his invention. He is developing his invention since 1999 and now it is ready to start producing.
The goal and main objective of this idea is to create most modern and attractable website, which will be combined by several options, including 3D social network, through which all its members find themselves in most affective and attractive graphical designed environment (see details in product description – chapter 3).
Because of existing technological and infrastructural lack in Georgia it was hard to found company and gather team of professionals to start realization of this great idea.
The strength of this new web-portal is the innovative graphical view and functions of social network with very interesting scenes and acts in it, which is almost same as in real life. We have endless scenarios for network members as real live does and that makes 3D social network very competitive with other social networks.
Briefly the business philosophy of the company is to make real and virtual lives closer to each other.

2.2. COMPANY TEAM
The author of the idea is Mikheil Gulitashvili and hi will be the founder of future company based on this idea.
Other key personnel of company:

Position: Advisor of author (consultant)
The real manager of the company on a day-to-day bases will be its founder Mr. Mikheil with assistance of advisor Mr. Davit Ramazashvili (also, with possible sponsor or representative of sponsor).
Regarding the tasks to be done during this project there are probably needed list of staff for company has to be hired:
1. Programmers and IT personal;
2. Business analysts and testers;
3. Fantasists and accountants;
4. Lawyers;
5. Etc…
2.3. CO-FINANCING
Financing issue of this idea is the main subject to be considered with possible sponsor. The demand from us is no debt (loan) based co-financing but it is investment with defined percentage of possible income.
We are looking for kind of venture capital investment because this is startup company and product needs to be prepared by high class specialists.
It is needed 100% investment of the budget of whole project. It is hard to evaluate whole project because this process needs a lot of specialists and that is why the project is divided by several steps from initialization till entire production and the investment has to be provided accordingly of the project steps (see development plan in chapter 6).
There are not any other companies ever had co-financing with our company and there is not any debt from our side.
3. BUSINESS IDEA
3.1. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The concept of this idea is to crate combined web-portal with games, private accounts and 3D social network with all kind of possible 3D internet services.
This portal will have new games for its members. These games are made by the author and they have very easy and interesting rules. Games are as for 3D, as well as for usual graphic view and

they could be played between members of the portal.
Another main direction of the portal, 3D social network has the same principal of existing social networks but it differs because of new graphical view, usage of new 3D technology for integrated games, many 3D scenes taken from real life situations and so on.
All in all, portal will include following functionality:
1. Networking – with new scenarios that is not existing in current networks:
1.1. Social network – personal profiles with several types of connections to another profiles;
1.2. Social network for richer members (wealthy people only);
2. Games – with new scenarios and new graphical view:
3.1. Hazard games (+18);
3.2. Entertainment games;
3. Cabinet of private accounts – any type of personal account:
2.1. For social network;
2.2. Financial accounts (in this case user will have only one system for money transfer and is not needed to log in several accounts and do several transactions);
3.3. Personal safe;
4. Room of rendezvous (+18);
5. Forums with synchronic translation;
6. Transparent TV – the incognito member who can upload any video, audio, photo or test and stay unraveled;
7. Integrated synchronized translation (online interpreter) of any language for each member in all direction of the portal;
8. Virtual secretary – program that acts on the portal on behalf of member;
9. Gifts and other things for sale (to be purchased or sold between members);
Besides this list there are many services and interesting functions for 3D social network members, such as genealogical map for each member, regionally divided information by interested themes (say, world culinary and so on).
To make product well known it is important to choose name properly, so, as far the main concept of this portal is 3D social network there is an idea to name it as “Cube” and have website: www.cubewel.com that sounds like “cube welcome” (this domain is registered by us).
Of course, creation of such website needs most modern programming and other IT tools but if it will be considered and premeditated from the beginning of this project, the further development of website, services and games integrated in this social network will go smoothly. The techniques and methods of operating with such network has to be developed and fine- tuned during working on it and it needs most high class and skilled professionals of this field. In that point of view, it could be seemed that it will be difficult to manage and give life to such hard and huge project, but regarding current technologies and possibilities this is really possible and risks of creation 3D social network transforms to challenges which could be overcome.
As it already mentioned in the chapter 2.3. co-financing, the project is divided to several steps and has to be developed step by step. So, above listed parts of website will be prepared consequently.
The structure of the website is also, unique and differs from any other structures (view,

alignments, ergonomic and so on).
Because the idea of 3D social network is innovative and kind of invention, it is not mentioned here all functions and services that network will offer to his members. The details of website functionality are written on the papers with colored images (about 1000 sheets) and prepared as technical tasks for further programming and will be presented to proper specialists during actual work on the project.
3.2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY POSITION
The idea of web-portal with 3D social network and all integrated games and services is developed by one person, Mikheil Gulitashvili who is writing his work during almost 15 years and has patent in Georgia on his invention. There are no other persons or companies helped him or took part in creation or writing this work. So, there are no any obligations or author rights towards others with respects to the developed intellectual property.
It is important to prepare application and make patent regarding this intellectual property in international patent organization.
4. MARKET ANALYSIS
4.1 MARKET NEED
The amount of members of current social networks shows the dynamics of popularity and potential of this field as a business. Social network already become a part of human life and its importance grows more and more. Consequently all members are waiting for more interesting, entertaining and comfortable features and possibilities form their networks.
Because of technologies all well known social networks for today such as “Facebook”, “Twitter”, “LinkedIn”, “Google+” and others are with no or hardly manageable support of 3D graphics. After appearance of 3D objects in the internet this new technology is perceived as next stage of development of social networks and masses of people are subconsciously waiting for something very similar to real life in virtual space and this is 3D social network.
This trend towards 3D graphics is obvious by looking at current social networks by demand on the games. For example Facebook offered new graphical game named “Dear Hunter” which become very popular in short period of time.
Regarding human tastes and choices there are several social networks in the world. As far as in reality there is not yet created working 3D social network, this innovative project has superior position to other social networks because it could be similarly acceptable for all kind of people in the world.

4.2 COMPETITORS
Web-portal with 3D social network is quite strong competitor to other networks because of its advantages regarding new graphical view which is very near with real life.
As for competition with other 3D social networks there is not observed yet any functional or under development website for such networking. So, there are not any known competitors on the existing market.
5. COMPANY STRATEGY AND COMMERCIALIZATION
5.1. COMPANY STRATEGY
As far as our company is new and we do not have enough employees and finances, the first step of our strategy is to find sponsor who helps us hire high skilled specialists and provide needed hardware equipment.
After having all essential tools the next step is to start project for one defined market segment (say, country or group of people. This could be discussed with partner/sponsor) and in case of success project will be launched for whole world.
The time for each step of project and all kind of deadlines and milestones are depended on the team of developers and other technical staff. Thus, the overall needed time for first start must be defined by technical team regarding the list of tasks provided in the chapter 6.
Development of the idea and website functionality needs to be continuously updated and in this regards his inventor, Mikheil Gulitashvili has lots of ideas about new scenes and games that could be offered to network members.
5.2. COMMERCIALIZATION AND BUSINESS MODEL
The strategy of commercialization and business model is already obvious by referring other web-portals and social networks. In this case the 3D social network and games are the similar with others and could be considered as a standard model of doing business (money making) with new opportunities.
It is quite hard to define any pricings now and make financial forecasts but in case of successful preparation of all functionality of the website its members and customers will increase dramatically.
There will be standard model for advertisement placement and other business offers for customers.

6. PROJECT DEVELOPMENT PLAN
6.1. DEVELOPMENT PLAN
As web-portal contains several parts it has to be developed partially and here is an idea to start with games, because they could be brought more income in short period of time. Next step is for 3D social network and than other functions listed in the section 3.1.
There are general tasks listed below has to be done for each functionality of the web-portal. Here is not indicated duration of the task because this should be defined by specialists…
All technical documentation for web-portal is written in Georgian and will be translated in English during development process.

Preparation of technical documents
As far as all functions, games and so on are written on Georgian they need translation in case of foreign programmers and needs more specifications regarding developing point of view. For this consultations of developers are needed during translation of tasks. 2
Preparation of system design
Of course, already there is design view in the tasks for web-portal but it is needed to be prepared with web designer and get proper quality. Each game, 3D 3
System developing
Develop and program all the requirements described in the technical documents. Prepare system for testing. 4
System testing
This testing is necessary to check the designed software for the bugs as well as to validate and verify it in accordance with the technical requirements. The testing will include loading system data, executing system, testing the script, documenting results, verifying system test results against the expected results, resolving and explaining the differences. 5
System start
After successful testing system will start for end users and all the prepared functionality will be launched on the web- portal. 6
System support and further improvement
After start every system needs further support and improvement. Technical staff will always be ready to maintain system work and add or improve functionality.
