Goal: Support supervision meeting among the project staff for effective service delivery.

1.To discuss the programme of the organization for the month

2.To evaluate the project success

3.To restrategize on how best to mobilize the youths



Methodology of Training/Activity
It was participatory



Activity key achievement/Training Outputs:
On the 10th April, 2011 the NEAI staff had their monthly meeting in the office at plot 1 Osita Chuks
Estate Okigwe, Imo state. The meeting was meant to clearly define the project goal and objectives and
ascertain how best to mobilize the youth. Mr Cosmas Ositachuks admonished the staff to be dedicated in
the bid to organize the youths in the community.

Opportunities/Constraints to Activity Implementation
It was a successful meeting but the major constraint is logistics problems

We must join hand in creation of peace in our community and the country at large

  • 3. On the 10th April, 2011 the NEAI staff had their monthly meeting in the office at plot 1 Osita Chuks Estate Okigwe, Imo state. The meeting was meant to clearly define the project goal and objectives and ascertain how best to mobilize the youth. Mr Cosmas Ositachuks admonished the staff to be dedicated in the bid to organize the youths in the community.
