Have we improved? Yes (mostly) Much stronger release practices New process for roadmap development Increased automated testing Better website/wiki Plus: Strength of Teaching & Learning! Not yet (Sakai 3) Developer productivity Better user experience

Summary Sakai is getting stronger. New adoptions, new features, new faces Sakai is moving in the right direction. The movement is slower than some want But the trajectory is clear It is not because of the Sakai Foundation It is because of the commitment of the community.
