secret of my fit body lies in ex-
ercise. I have a regular exercise
that is I do Aerobics, Zoomba
and even Gyming. Then mov-
ing further I have fruits, green
tea which is a must. I have
all types of vegetables which
are neccessary for my body
to have proper nutrients. To
the more I even have white
tea which is not available in
Ludhiana but through auction
in other places I buy it to keep
my mind and body healthy.

Going on diet is not impor-
tant. I have a good diet like
proper fruits and vegetables.
To the more I have lot of water
and even green tea which are
very good anti oxidants. Even
more I have chicken during
weekends and protein shake as
well so as to maintain protein

definitely reward you. Fitness is basically like
marriage, you cant cheat on it if you want it
to work for your benifit. One should have a
healthy body to look pleasing. A fit healthy body
is the best fashion statement one can have. One
can only change if you feel that there is some

the Ludhianvis Burger
King, the American
burger chain is all set to launch its
first store in Ludhiana on August
28th. The outlet is the second in
Punjab, with one in Chandigarh
which opened in the month of May.
With the opening of this outlet,
Burger King has 26 outlets across
Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore
and Chandigarh since its launch
in November 2014. With robust
expansion plans, the brand now
plans to expand its footprint in
Punjab (Jalandhar, Rajpura and
Zirakpur), Hyderabad and Chennai
in the coming months.The team
claims that superior taste helps
the brand live up to its promise of
‘Taste is King’.

India said,”We have been receiving
an overwhelming response from
Chandigarh and with the Ludhiana
launch, we are glad to strengthen
our foothold in Northern India. We
look forward to serving our much
loved burgers, especially the Whop-
per, to our guests at Ludhiana.”

ket. The taste palates though is ex-
perimental, mostly people like to
savour the taste they are brought up
with. That is why we have created
an entirely new menu for India. We
did not carry products from abroad
but carried concepts and the cook-
ing platform and ethos that Burger
King is known for. Burger King
India’s menu is quite innovative
and we wish to offer our customers
a whole new experience of burgers.
We wish to create a distinct identity
and taste that our consumers with
resonate with.”
The menu for India was tested
through consumer research with
3000 consumers prior to the launch.
Apart from the flagship Whopper,
which is available for Indian con-
sumers in vegetraian, chicken and
mutton variants, the brand also has
on offer a tasty chicken tandoori
grilled burger which is one of the
bestselling product and a favourite
across markets. In its endeavour to
offer innovative and great tasting
products to customers, the brand
has recently introduced Hi-Fries
in three variants - cheesy, Italian
and chicken and chicken keema
crunch burger.
The unique appeal for Burger
