Viking Talk is a VOIP-service for smartphones.
Trough Viking Talk, you can use your
smartphone to call every network, from your
own number.

Yes!
If you call using Viking Talk and the person you
call has activated receiving calls trough Viking Call,
you call for free!
A voice message will inform you, saying
“this call is free”
