Responsible For To manage compounding section
Job Objectives To produce good quality compounds with no or minimal wastage.

Authorities
1. Check of all mixers of Pipes and Fittings and discuss/report problem
regarding compounding.
2. Carrying on uniformity work in mixers and Keep the machines in
high condition.
3. Material which use in suitable quantity and quality.
4. Carrying on stock of raw materials and report
5. Development of new formulation to give high production and quality
with competitive price.
6. Study and research to introduce new materials with good
specification.
7. Supervise the raw materials store
8. Utilisation of recycled materials
