Value Add Consultant (“VAC”) is a boutique specialized
valuation firm operated by a dedicated team of multi
disciplinary professionals.
VAC has been promoted by Er.Mohit Mehta who is a
government approved valuer and on the panel of the Income
Tax Department, Government of India.
Objective of VAC is to utilize its core business skills in order to
provide superlative service and integrity to its clients in order to
achieve supreme customer satisfaction.
VAC has emerged as a preferred valuer for land deals because of
its strong capacity of understanding potential value.
