The EV charging process is regulated by the IEC 61851 and IEC 62196 international standards. These standards define the different
charging modes and the type of connection required to charge EVs. All CirCarlife products have been created and designed in

Description

The Wall Box smart was specially designed for public indooroutdoor car park installations as well as multi-family homes,
shopping malls, municipalities, private companies, etc.
These series provide multiple power options and meet all vehicles standards to charge whole hybrid plug in and pure
electrical vehicles existing in the market. The station incorporates display, RFID (card reader), smart metering and communication capabilities to be adapted in an innovative smart

E.3.2 POST URBAN SERIES
Charging systems for city streets and intercity roads
Description
The new Urban Post series, are being launched by Circontrol to be installed on streets and intercity streets for two and fourwheel electrical vehicles. Due to this, Urban Post meets the máximum protection level against vandalism at EU (IK10) and its
enclosure allow to work at extrem temperatures and raining places. Improving the life lenght of the electrical charger.
As this is a product designed to be used by different users at many countries around the world, it is compatible with XML &
OCPP protocol and also with the most relevant existing back offices.
This product has already tested and certified with the most relevant European and Japanese car manufacturers, with great results in terms of
efficiency and reliability. Following the philosophy of Circontrol, Urban Post can be customize by software and brand labelling for relevant orders

Description

The 2 wheel vehicle recharging solution of
the CirCarLife family has been designed to
cover up the needs of 2 wheel electrical vehicles like motorcycles or electrical bikes, compliant with all electrical security regulations

through RFID proximity cards and allows the outlet selection
and manages the consumption en each outlet. Furthermore

Description

The multi-point system of the CirCarLife range has been designed to offer a smart electric vehicle charging
solution for car parks with multiple outlet sockets for electrical vehicles.
This solution allows smart electric vehicle charging management of a large number of electric vehicles, controlling different parameters of the electric network and the vehicles connected to it, as well as user and car

E4.1 Master controller

Description

MULTIPOINT SYSTEM has been designed as an extremely flexible system. Its special configuration can cater for
specific vehicle charging needs of the current market. In addition, it is a scalable system that can control up to
32 charging stations in its most basic configuration.
The system is composed of the following basic units:
• CCL-CM: CPU (industrial PC with PowerStudio software), 10” Touch Screen
• CCL-SL Charging Station

CCL-CM offers the following functions

• User interface 10” Touch screen as standard. This is the
natural complement of the PowerStudio software, which
allows interaction with the user. PowerStudio software, is
capable of efficiently managing the power available, controlling the main’s harmonics (upper measurement system is
needed), charging vehicles in off-peak periods, etc.
• The user can browse through the screens that have been
designed with ergonomics in mind to select the parking place, check their charging status, , energy consumed., etc.

CCL-SL Charging Station offers
• The CCL-SL Charging Station it’s a wall-mount charging
box that guarantees a safe collection of the energy for the
energy of the installation operator, prevents fraud and misuse of the energy.
• Also provide reliable measurement system for the user, since only the energy consumed is paid, with an accurate reading of the energy consumed.
• Protects end users against electrical risks. Current is only
present during the charging cycle.

• Massive storage for all statistical studies.
• All of the current communications power used nowadays
(ICT).
• Modbus Communications Protocol to communicate with
the charging bases or other specific Energy Efficiency devices.
• XML Communications Protocol, which enables the integration with other automated parking and car park systems
(blue parking areas, car parks in general, access control points, etc.). In addition, it offers remote station management
options to parking operators like statistics, remote activation/
deactivation, etc.

• Current antitheft prevention function. The operation is interrupted if the socket is removed during the charging process, so that no more energy will be supplied to the base
until the user is identified again.

CirCarlife Scada represents an integral software
solution that focuses on the control and parameterisation of smart electric vehicle charging points
and units. Nowadays, companies want centralised control of the whole installation for management and maintenance purposes. CIRCONTROL’s
CirCarlife Scada software can read the instantaneous values of all CirCarlife units in real time and
generate tables and historical logs of data that
will be saved in the central processing unit (PC) so
that this information can be studied later.
In addition, CirCarlife Scada can download all stored data to units with an
internal memory.The user can fully control its charging network, checking

DATA CENTRALISING UNIT

Description

The CDU-TCP is a device with the latest CIRCONTROL technology, based on the CirCarLife Scada Software. Inside there is
a microprocessor with 64Mb memory and driver routines for
CIRCONTROL equipment. It can support up to 32 charging
stations in its RS485 Bus, and through its Ethernet connection you can access to the internal RS485 bus and the internal
memory, remotely through e.g. Internet. It records and stores
several weeks of data from connected equipment, in case of
loss of communication with the control system (higher SCADA). Once retrieved the communication, the CDU-TCP returns
the data stored in its memory to the control system (SCADA),
preventing loss of data while there was no communication.
This team is capable of being programmed to manage events
(alarms) taking into account any parameter of any CIRCONTROL unit connected to it.
The CDU-TCP does not store SCADA screens or reports. These
must be on a PC with a superior SCADA, connected to one
or more CDU-TCP who will be in charge of providing data to
the SCADA.

Connection example


Requeriments

For the CDU-TCP programming, CirCarLife Scada EDITOR 3.0
or higher is required. After starting the Software installation,
choose the custom option and install only the EDITOR. Follow
steps to complete the installation. The next step is to electrically connect the computers using the following scheme.
