MARKET WRAP
Indian Markets ended negative (red) after Indian indices remained volatile
during the day. The Sensex ended the day at 27206; down 45 points. Nifty
closed the day at 8239; down 12 points.
Stock Recommendation
Oriental Bank of Commerce has posted net loss of Rs 178 cr compared to a
profit of Rs 310.3 cr. The bank incurred one-time loss of Rs 280.40 cr in the
quarter as it sold Rs 395.33 cr of loans to asset reconstruction companies
(ARCs). NPA at 5.18% versus 5.43%. The bank’s net interest income (NII) was
down 0.8% to Rs 1297.7 cr compared to Rs 1308.7 cr (Y-o-Y). The board has
also recommended dividend at Rs 3.30 per share.
TECHNICAL VIEW
Stock Recommendation for 15/05/2015 is Oriental Bank of Commerce. In
today’s trading session it was down 11%. Its long term trend is up. On daily
chart it has given breakout. Parabolic SAR and RSI have 217 also buying
confirmation. So our buying level is above 217 and our target is 221 and 225 in
coming days. Our stop loss is 213 the entire indicator is suggesting that one can
up for long position in the stock at above 217 levels. Our Recommendation on
Oriental Bank of Commerce buying above 217 for 1st
target 221 and 2nd
