Indian Markets ended negative (red) after Indian indices remained volatile
during the day. The Sensex ended the day at 26816; down 24 points. Nifty
closed the day at 8147; up 11 points.
Stock Recommendation
Rating agency Standard & Poor's lowered Bank of India’s standalone credit
profile to BB+ from BBB-. The rating agency expects bank's asset quality to
remain weak over the next 12 months. (NPA) increased 132 basis points. Net
NPA climbed 88 basis points
TECHNICAL VIEW
Stock Recommendation for 05/06/2015 is Bank of India. In today’s trading
session it was down 4.86%. On daily chart it make channel of falling wedges
and at the level of 170 there is a strong support. EMA, Parabolic SAR & RSI
have also selling confirmation. So our selling level is below 189 & our target is
184 & 181 in coming days. Our stop loss is 175; the entire indicator is
suggesting that one can go for short position in the stock at below 189 levels.
