3. Appearance
• They are the smallest primate in the world.
• They have thick fur that is usually orangish on the
underside .
• The tuffs of hair that usually look like the main are
usually dark brown or gray .
• They have a long ringed tall .
• They body length is between 5.5 to 6.5 cm long.
• Hands and feet are yellow and orange .
• Fore limbs are shorter then there hind limbs .
5. Life Cycle
• They spend most of there time in trees.
• Live in groups from 2 ‐6.
• Usually mate for life.
• They communicate using sent marks, high pitched
calls, facial expressions
And postures.
• If in danger they us a chores of of cheeps to warn
others.
• In mothers stomach in a period of 119‐142 days.
• Usually have twins.
• Can live until the early twenty's.

cutting down the tropical rainforests in
Brazil, The Equator ,Columbia, Peru and
small parts of Bolivia. Picture a tiny monkey
in a falling tree.
