For Singapore, we would like you to have the goods packed in double gunny bags of 45 kilos each. As for the Sydney, our buyers prefer 30 kilo cardboard cartons. 13. Asking for Changing the Packing Dear Sirs, We regret to inform you that the 200 carton of Glass Cups you shipped to Shanghai on May 10 were badly damaged. We venture to say that the packing needs improvement. For instance, carton used are not strong enough to protect the contents from getting damaged during transit. As far as packing is concerned, we prefer wooden cases to carton for shipments. Sample Letter 2
