Collaborate Pre-Meeting Setup Process

- 2. Accessing the meeting • Access to the meeting room is granted via a URL • The URL for a Collaborate session looks something like this: https://sas.elluminate.com/site/external/laun ch/meeting.jnlp=4894387932 9874798432798
- 3. After accessing the URL you will be asked to enter your screen name for the meeting. Please enter your full name
- 4. After clicking log in you will be prompted to download a small meeting file
- 5. Once you have launched the program you will be prompted to run the program Depending on your browser configuration you may need to double click the downloaded file to launch the program.
- 6. You will see the Blackboard Collaborate logo as the program is launching
- 7. Welcome to Collaborate! I look forward to our upcoming meeting!
- 8. It would be a good idea to run the Audio Setup Wizard in advance of our training to test your audio configuration Also accessible via the File Menu under Tools Audio Audio setup wizard
