Chris has practiced in-house with AT&T for almost 23 years
as the General Attorney, Labor/HR, for the former
Southwestern Bell region.
Supporting AT&T, Chris participates in collective bargaining,
handles unfair labor practices and representational disputes
before the NLRB, and tries labor arbitrations on a variety of
subjects. Chris has also handled numerous state and
federal employment lawsuits, from cases involving
individual plaintiffs to class actions. He also resolves
disputes before OSHA, the DOL, the EEOC and related state
and local agencies.
A graduate of Washington University, he is admitted to
practice before the Illinois, Missouri and Texas bars, and is
also board certified in labor and employment law by the
Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
