2. 2011 INDUSTRY SAMPLES The following slides contain data from composited samples received at flour mills Each composite is comprised of five individual truckloads While the Quality Scoop composites provide a good overall picture of wheat quality, the industry composites will give a more accurate representation of what is being delivered to mills The quality data from the Industry composites suggest that there are pockets of HRW in Ontario that are of low quality The samples in bold would typically be considered below the flour quality standards (very weak gluten strength) for the HRW class
