- 8. If we expect different results in the future, we have to make some changes in what we are doing today. So….
- 9. Our goals: To increase the number of 6th, 7th, and 8th grade students who meet or exceed the CRCT performance standards in science by a minimum of 3% by 2013. To increase the number of 6th, 7th, and 8th grade students who meet or exceed the CRCT performance standards in social studies by a minimum of 3% by 2013. To increase the number of 6th, 7th, and 8th grade students achieving mastery/competency on the OAS Technology Literacy Test by 3% by 2013.

- A higher percentage of our students are scoring in the Does Not Meet the Standard/Performance Level 1 category than the State average in Science in all three grades.
- Again, we are scoring lower than the State average in all three grades.
- This test is only required for the 8th graders. However, we had the 6th and 7th graders take the assessment, too. Overall, 92% of our 8th graders achieved mastery/competency which is good. But, why did students in 8th grade perform so much better than the 6th and 7thgraders? Does anyone have an explanation?

- Continual monitoring/assessment of implementation progress will occur through regular observations, teacher discussions during common planning, administrator observations
