We offer a rewards plan that is split into three phases, weekly, monthly and quarterly. The weekly phase pays on the sale of new credit service packages to associates. Associates are entrepreneurs like you who recognize the opportunity that iAmeriStar offers. The monthly phase pays on the sales of our recurring monthly service and the quarterly phase rewards you on the cultivation of customers. This presentation will first review the weekly, the monthly and finally the quarterly phase.
Weekly commissions are comprised of Seller Fast Start Bonuses, Sponsor Fast Start Bonuses and Cycle Bonuses. Seller Fast Start Bonuses are paid when you personally sponsor someone that chooses to purchase one of our associate starter packs. You refer an associate who purchases a associate starter pack and you get paid – it really is that simple.
To earn the remainder of the bonuses in the weekly phase, you must meet what we call “Qualified” status. Meeting Qualified status is very straightforward. Once you have sold three associate starter packs, you will be Qualified. As long as you have three people active in the business that you have sold an associate starter pack to you will be Qualified for life. If you choose to personally purchase an associate starter pack, we will even count it as one of your three sales!
Once Qualified you are eligible to earn all remaining weekly commissions, including Sponsor Fast Start Bonuses and Cycle Bonuses. The Sponsor Fast Start Bonus override will pay you each time one of your personally sponsored associates earns a Seller Fast Start Bonus. They earn a Seller Fast Start Bonus, you get paid.
Cycle Bonuses take a different approach to paying you for your efforts, but are also easy to understand. Each associate that you sponsor will go into your associate team. You will have two heads to your team, a Left team head and a Right team head. You can enroll associates into either team and those above you can also help by placing associates beneath each of your team heads.
As a Qualified associate you will earn Cycle Bonuses on the total number of associate starter packs that are bought and sold within your team. 6 packs sold with at least 3 in both the Left and Right sides of your team pays $50. 12 packs sold with at least 6 in both the Left and Right sides of your team pays an additional $75. The first 6 packs count towards the 12. 18 packs sold with at least 9 in both the Left and Right sides of your team pays a further $125 with the first 12 packages counting towards the 18. That’s a total payout of $250 for only 18 packs being sold by everyone operating in your entire team!
After earning the full $250, all 18 packs that you were paid upon are removed from your Left and Right team counts and you begin working towards earning the first $50 again for having 6 total team package sales with at least 3 Left and 3 Right. You may earn as many Cycle Bonuses per pay period as you have sales to warrant.
Beyond the weekly phase, iAmeriStar also offer a monthly phase. While the weekly phase was based on the sale of associate starter packs, the monthly phase is based on monthly service fees.
Each phase rewards your efforts, but each does so by organizing your team members differently. Recognizing this is key to understanding how certain bonuses are calculated. In the weekly phase, all of those that you enrolled, they enrolled, etc. fall into either the Left or Right side of your team. The only matter of importance is whether an associate in your team is placed Left or Right. In the monthly pay phase, the same exact people make up your team however the associates in your team are arranged differently for payment calculation purposes.
All of those associates that you have personally enrolled are placed “first level” to you. All of those personally enrolled by your first level associates make up your second level. Similarly, your third level is comprised of those personally enrolled by your second level, your fourth level of those personally enrolled by your third and your fifth level of those personally enrolled by your fourth.
Beyond recognizing levels, it is important to understand that the monthly phase is what we refer to as promotion based. That is, the stronger you build your iAmeriStar business, the higher you will promote in title. As your title advances, so does your earning power. All associates, regardless of their promotion title will receive Retail Sales Bonuses. This bonus awards you the difference between the retail and wholesale price of any service plans paid for by your personally enrolled customers in the current month.
To earn additional bonuses within the monthly phase, you must begin moving up the promotion ladder. The first title that you can promote to is Senior Associate. The rank of Senior Associate is earned by having at least $29.95 in personal volume for the month. You can view personal volume as service plan sales. If, in any combination, you or your customers generate $29.95 in volume for the month, you will be eligible to earn as a Senior Associate. As a Senior Associate you will receive the Retail Sales Bonus and 20% of the commissionable volume present in your team’s first level.
To promote forward from Senior Associate to Manager, you must maintain your $29.95 in personal volume per month and also have a minimum of two personally sponsored associates, customers or any combination therein that each have personal lifetime volume of $299.95 or more. As a Manager you will be paid all Senior Associate benefits plus a 10% override on the commissionable sales found on your second level.
Ready to transition to Senior Manager? To do so you must maintain your $29.95 in personal volume per month and also have a minimum of five personally sponsored associates, customers or any combination therein that each have personal lifetime volume of $299.95 or more. As a Senior Manager you will be paid all Manager benefits plus a 10% override on the commissionable sales found on your third level.
Those that maintain their $29.95 in personal volume per month and have a minimum of ten personally sponsored associates, customers or any combination therein that each have $299.95 or more in personal lifetime volume will be promoted to Executive. As an Executive you will be paid all Senior Manager benefits plus a 10% override on the commissionable sales present in your fourth level.
Senior Executive is achieved by maintaining $29.95 in personal volume per month, having a minimum of fifteen personally sponsored associates, customers or any combination therein that each have personal lifetime volume of $299.95 or more and having at least one personally sponsored associate achieve the rank of Executive or higher during the month. As a Senior Executive you will be paid all Executive benefits plus a 15% override on the commissionable sales present in your fifth level.
To advance to 1 Star Executiveyou must continue with $29.95 in personal volume per month, have a minimum of twenty five personally sponsored associates, customers or any combination therein that each have personal lifetime volume of $299.95 or more and have a minimum of two personally enrolled that reach Senior Executive or higher in the current month. As a 1 Star Executive you will be paid all Senior Executive benefits as well as 10% on all of the commissionable sales volume between yourself and the next 1 Star Executive or higher ranked individual in each branch of your team. That’s incredible earning power because it gives you the opportunity to earn on a significant number of your Downline associates!
You can advance to 2 Star Executive by maintaining $29.95 in personal volume, having a minimum of thirty five personally sponsored associates, customers or any combination therein that each have $299.95 in personal lifetime volume and by having a minimum of three personally sponsored that reach 1 Star Executive or higher in the current month. 2 Star Executive’s receive all Senior Executive benefits plus a 10% override on all of the commissionable sales between themselves and the next 2 Star Executive or higher AND a further 10% between the first and second 2 Star Executive or higher encountered within the team. As a 2 Star Executive, you will earn even deeper down into your team!
Those that truly exemplify excellence will strive to achieve 3 Star Executive. 3 Star Executive is earned by having the $29.95 in personal volume, a minimum of thirty five personally sponsored associates, customers or any combination therein that each have $299.95 in personal lifetime volume and by having a minimum of four personally sponsored that earn the rank of 2 Star Executive or higher in the current month. As a 3 Star Executive you will receive all Senior Executive benefits as well as a 10% override on all of the commissionable sales between yourself and the next 3 Star Executive, another 10% between the first and second 3 Star Executives AND a final 10% between the second and third 3 Star Executives. That’s incredible earning potential!
Even if you’re not a 3 Star Executive, we will still pay you a share of the Quarterly Bonus Pool. Every three months, 5% of the commissionable sales for the entire quarter will be placed in the pool. Anyone in good standing with the company will receive shares in the pool as follows… You will receive one share for each customer that makes a purchase during the quarter with a maximum of one share per customer. For example, if you had ten different customers make a purchase during the quarter, you would be eligible for ten shares in the pool. The total value of the pool is divided by the total number of shares issued. You then receive the share value times the number of shares you hold.
For example, assume that the pool is valued at $300,000 for the quarter. 6,000 shares are issued for the quarter, making each share worth $50. You hold 10 shares. 10 times $50 equals $500. You’ll receive a $500 bonus!
