There are diets out there that can help you to lose weight
  fast but they are not healthy. They are not good for you
  and they are not sustainable. A lot of these lose weight
fast schemes are like yoyo dieting. You will lose weight but
   you will just as likely put it all back on again and then
  some. This is because you are basically starving yourself
   and then one day 'boom.' It all gets too hard and you
        binge eat and ruin all your good hard work.
Short Answer - No. Diets to lose weight fast may help you
 in losing weight fast but it will not be at all sustainable.
 Unless you are making the right healthy lifestyle choices
   you'll probably put all that weight that you have lost
                  straight back on again.
Long Answer - There are diets out there that can help you
 to with fast weight loss but they are not healthy. They are
   not good for you and they are not sustainable. A lot of
these "lose weight fast schemes" are like yoyo dieting. You
 will cut off some of the excess kilograms but you will just
   as likely put it all back on again and then some. This is
  because you are basically starving yourself and then one
day 'boom.' It all gets too hard and you binge eat and ruin
   all your good hard work. Alternatively, you may just be
       losing water and this means that you may end up
                           dehydrated.
The easiest way to lose weight is by making some positive
 lifestyle choice changes. You should make these changes
 because you will lose weight, you will have more energy,
 you will live longer and you will be able to achieve more
  with your life. There are three things you need to do to
    ensure healthy weight loss (and, if you are one of the
 lucky ones, you will still lose weight fast) and this article
   will outline below the three steps you need to follow:
1. You need to eat and drink more often - I'm not saying
   you eat more food. I'm just saying eat less food more
often. And, dinner should not be the biggest meal in your
        day. Breakfast should. If you can't eat a big
breakfast, make sure you have something at least to kick
  start your metabolism and follow up a few hours later
          with a healthy snack well before lunch
2. You need to implement a realistic exercise plan - 80% of
weight loss is actually down to good nutrition but the 20%
    that's left for exercise is also vitally important. The
  important thing about an exercise plan is to make sure
that you do not overdo it. You need to make sure that you
 don't turn into one of those people who are at the gym 7
 days a week running too fast and lifting weights that are
  way too heavy. This is one of the quickest ways to find
 yourself getting injured and losing motivation. Any good
       work that you have put in will be quickly lost.
3. You should take the right supplements to round out
      your diet - Unfortunately, with our busy lifestyles,
 sometimes diet and exercise is just not enough. The right
supplements can help give you the right balance internally
     that means all your internal organs are working as
effectively as they can and you are getting all the nutrients
         you need for a proper and healthy lifestyle.
