All open 3.0 tickets
Sprint Status. Lots of patches being committed. Can always use more patches and more testing. Do it by
Monday or hold your peace until next cycle for enhancements and feature requests.
Menus, janewells. Coming along nicely in trunk. The UI looks more like a plugin than core, so changes
listed on wpdevel being worked on. Accessibility will be worked on after freeze. pthdnbr, filosofo and Search Dev Updates
dremeda offered to tackle accessibility.Jane will make tickets for items in the wpdevel post.
Search
Merge update, wpmuguru and rboren. Patches, patches and more patches.
Schedule update. On track for March 1 freeze.
Non-agenda topic: hakre brought up test suite. Core devs agreed patches are top priority until freeze,

Things have been busy both with this theme and my other duties so I haven’t posted

much here lately. If you’ve been following the Twenty Ten ticket over on WordPress trac,

you know the latest. I probably should have linked to that earlier — sorry if you’ve been 1 2 3 4 5 6 7
missing out lately. Since the theme was committed to trunk, members of the 8 9 10 11 12 13 14
WordPress community have added custom background support (for all of WordPress; 15 16 17 18 19 20 21
Twenty Ten is the first theme to use it), cleaned up code, added strings for translation, 22 23 24 25 26 27 28
fixed CSS bugs, added a single-column alternate page template, begun implementing a « Jan
new feature that lets you pick from a selection of preloaded custom header images, and

last but not least: it’s gotten its own official screenshot.

Development is just about complete, and if you’re using the bleeding edge development December 2009
version of WordPress 3.0, Twenty Ten is now the default theme on new blogs. The Trac
