.Project : DTMF decoder using cpld
Objective: to demonstrate the interfacing of dtmf circuits to automation purposes using cpld interface.
Description:We used the cpld chip to harness programme that ran the application of a series of hardware sequences and a
running programme helped us to trigger a relay when a particular kep was pressed on the mobile. We also used led to display
the binary format of the sequences that we entered through the mobile.
2.Project: Propeller clock using 8051 uc
Objective: To produce a virtual clock through timed blinking of led placed on a rotating propeller
description: 8051 micocontrollers were used to sequentially control the blinking of the led placed on a propeller .we used a
IR sensorthat sensed the number of rotations and that could time the led on and of time, thus producing the persistence of
vision.
3.Project:Automated car parking using PIC microcontrollers

3. Objective: to reduce the man power needed in managing traffic in the malls and corporate buildings through the use of
microcontrollers.
Description: while using pic microcontrollers to read the particular IR sensorreading ,we incorporated a 16*2 lcd segment on
our board to display the status ofthe parking area. we also used a buzzer that would turn on if a driver enters a fully occupied
parking ares.
4.project:obstacle sensing hovercraft implementing ir sensing technology
Objective:to create a automatic surveillance systemthat can work on varied terrain.
Description:we used atmel 8051 microcontroller that sensed the inputs from the ir sensors and respectively gave direction to
the propeller steppermotor to give the desired direction.
5:UC based quad copter using rf signals:
Objective:we used a four rotor quadcopterfitted with surveillance cameras.
Description:using a 14 pin Philips uc we controlled the speed of rotation of the four rotors fitted across the diagonal of our
structure and controlled our copter through a 3.5 channel remote.
