1. What have you learnt about technologies from the process of constructing the product? Naomi Boland
2. Blog To display the coursework we used www.blogger.com. It allowed us to upload pictures, write text and import videos. It was easy to also import videos from you tube and documents from sildeshare. You can have different formats. The one I chose allowed my work to presented in a clear manner. It is easy to read and also easy to navigate. I chose not to use different colours to in order to achieve this. The bold and italics allow you to make certain words stand out. This allows you to add in an image this makes the blog more presentable. The allows us to change the font type and also the size which helps you make the font on your blog clearer. Even though you can upload videos from blogger it is easier to do it through you tube because it is quicker. This button allows you to link out to other websites.
3. iMovie iMovie allows you to import video from your camera and is easy to use. I learnt how to edit professionally for example when doing a motivated cut. iMovie allows you to add title to the film. This means that we could include the red typography on top of black background for our opening sequence. Another thing I learnt with iMovie is that you can change the colour of the moving image. For example to give the flashback a more older look we decided to give it a yellowy tint like an old picture. With iMovie we also were able to put two tracks on top of one another to come up with our soundtrack. We were also able to make some speech lower and high at different points.
4. slideshare Slideshare allows you to upload documents from your pc onto the internet so you can view it on blogger. This means that work you do on PowerPoint or Microsoft word can be put onto your blog. It makes the presentation appear on the blog. Once its been uploaded it gives you an embed code that you put on to your blog when your creating the post .
5. youtube Youtube allows you to upload the video that you have edited in iMovie to the internet. By doing this you can then embed your video onto blogger. This is what I learnt from using the programme. With youtube you can also choose the size and colour boarder that the video will appear on in you blog. This means that I could choose the colour red for most of mine. That colour represents blood and danger.
