2. Integrated Telecommunications
All qualifications include a sustainability
element:
- wide range from work practices to design and implementation
- development of policies and procedures.
Green ICT
- describes the application of ICT to enable improved environmental
efficiency across a range of business processes
- Ex.) by teleconferencing meetings, an organisation reduces travel costs,
improves productivity and lowers carbon emissions.

3. Printing and Graphic Arts
Core requirements expanded:
- to include endorsed environmental
sustainability units from the Business
Services Training Package at appropriate
level.

4. Training and Education
-All qualifications allow for the
importation of sustainability units.
-Additional unit added to elective
pool for the Diploma; also
operates as a skill set for VET
professionals.
