Ideas for your new business wear Autumn Wardrobe There are so many ‘must have’ new looks in magazines, the shops, newspapers, the internet and television it can be quite daunting – which ones to choose? The key to looking current is to select one or two new trends which suit your colouring and body shape. 3. Women’s Trends Camel is the new black, but only wear it if you have a warm skin tone, otherwise stick to black, grey or navy. Try a military style jacket. Update an existing suit with a new pair of shoes – brogues look great with trousers and with skirts try ‘loafer style’ shoes with block heels. Skirt suits always look smart and A-line skirts are a key shape for this season. Shift dresses can be worn with a jacket or with a blouse underneath. Liven up a plain dark suit or dress with bright accessories – a belt, bag, shoes or jewellery in the latest colours of scarlet, pumpkin, emerald, teal, purple or plum. Keep it to one or two items. Elegant tweed – grey tweed is a sleek alternative to tailoring, or update your black office separates with a few nude tweed items.
