CAREER HISTORY
2006 – Present Financial Director, Bel Aviation (fzc), Bel Aviation Group, Sharjah, UAE
Since it was established in 2005 Bel Aviation Group is one of the fast growing aviation
companies, with routes firmly integrated in both the Russian and Global Aviation markets.
Responsibilities:
• High level management of all financial aspects of the Company
• Contributes to overall company’s strategy, tactics, and long and short range forecasting.
• Directs the preparation of all financial reports, including income statements, balance
sheets,
• Responsible for overseeing the completion of the company’s annual external audit of its
financial statements.
2005 – Present General Manager, Easy Freight (fzc), Bel Aviation Group, Sharjah, UAE
Located within the Sharjah Airport's International Free Zone (SAIFZ), Easy Freight (fzc)
handles aircraft leasing, chartering and cargo handling. Reporting to the General Director
and managing 6 members of staff. Responsibilities include initiating company strategy,
submitting applications for freight-forwarding programmes, coordinating activities with the
Civil Aviation Authorities, supervising staff relocations and developing customer relations.
Major Achievements:
• Established two new divisions/companies (Bel Aviation FZC in 2006 and United
Transportation FZE in 2008) in the UAE (from project to license) as a part of Bel
Aviation Group. The new companies were established to expand and diversify the
aviation business of Bel Aviation Group. Bel Aviation FZC (Sharjah) is the main
charter broker for the fleet owned by Easy Freight FZC and operates worldwide, with
turnover of roughly US$500k per month. United Transportation FZE (Fujairah)
maintains the aircraft fleet in Fujairah, thus lowering maintenance costs and providing
storage facilities (unavailable in SAIFZ or RAKFTZ) for aircraft engines and spare
parts.
• Obtained a Dealership Certificate from GCAA, UAE in 2008 for Easy Freight FZC
(after successful completion of the company audit by GCAA) which authorized the
company to lease, buy and sell aircrafts in the UAE.
• Managed aircraft dismantling in the UAE in 2007 on an exceptional basis (as aircraft
dismantling in the UAE is normally prohibited by GCAA). By dismantling in the UAE,
the company saved roughly US$100k by avoiding having to first transport the aircraft
out-of-country.

The Art Bus is a unique mobile art exhibit organised by The Jam Jar to play a key role in
promoting the arts not only in Dubai, but also in Abu Dhabi.
Major Achievements:
• Made the whole experience enjoyable for art lovers by running the tour on time and
guests satisfied.
• Helped to implement a waiting list in Kids’ Zone.
2004 – 2005 Customer Executive, North South Tourism & Cargo LLC, Sharjah, UAE
North South Tourism & Cargo LLC is a freight-forwarding company which is a part of a
group with operations in the UAE, Turkey, Italy and the Russian Federation, with
approximately 400 tons per month freight from the UAE. Reported to the General Manager
and managed 2 members of staff. Responsibilities included supervising cargo shipping
and warehouse rests, issuing loading documentation and coordinating with customers.
Major Achievements:
• Became the lead person for customer service and ensured a high level of customer
satisfaction by, for example, organizing a customer lounge in the company office and
initiating a subscription newsletter.
• Implemented a new form for customer cargo requests which gathered information
more efficiently by being easier to fill in whilst providing more useful detail (specified
by cargo variety).
• Pleased customers, made them feel special and generated goodwill for the company
by applying a customer bonus system (involving items such as free tickets for cities
attractions and invitations for corporate events).
2002 Marketing Executive, Deutsche Lufthansa AG (Moscow Representative Office),
Moscow
Worked on a brief assignment in Lufthansa's "Miles & More" programme, which is the
largest frequent flyer program in Europe with more than 15 million members.
Responsibilities included assisting in market research and also writing and distributing
marketing information.

• Worked as part of the team which organised a movie demonstration for "Miles & More"
members.

2002 Assistant, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Hamburg, Germany
Worked on a brief assignment in the CF Export Guarantees Department for
PricewaterhouseCoopers, the world's largest professional services firm with annual
revenues of US $28 billion worldwide. Responsibilities included analysing customer
finances, preparing reports for the Export Guarantees Commission and assisting with
client consulting.

2001 – 2002 Personal Assistant to the General Director, DTB OOO, Moscow
Worked for the branch establishment of the German company, official distributor of Huber
ink and printing materials in Russia. Responsibilities included supervising the Chinese and
Syrian business directions, including maintaining client relationships, leading sales,
preparing proposals and responding to tenders, coordinating delivery, organising and
preparing exhibits, and serving as an interpreter and translator.
Major Achievements:
• Participated (as part of a team) in business contract negotiations for the delivery of
printing machines for the big Russian printing factory.
• Coordinated the company's participation in the hugely successful "Print-2002
Exhibition" in Moscow.
2000 Project Manager's Assistant, Unger Stahlbau GmbH, Moscow
Unger Stahlbau GmbH is an Austrian engineering and construction company which has
developed different projects in Austria and Russia (including auto showrooms and
shopping malls). Responsibilities included providing administrative and secretarial support
to the project manager, including phone call screening, diary management, travel
organization, meeting scheduling, mail distribution and courier sending / receiving.

• Organized the secretarial service in the company, and set up the filing system and the
client database.
