His team is in fact “present” in the picture; possibly seeking direction, but his back is to them; preoccupied with the workload.  When Richard views the picture he created on the board, he is amazed. He is able to see beyond his Cognitive Bias, opening a path for potential change.  He also recognises that this was the way he has been relating in other areas of his life, especially at home.
