4. Select the Package You have to select the Price Type and Price Level for the Package.

6. Adding Additional Tickets You must determine if the customer wants “extra” tickets with the Santa sack. For example: The customer wants a North Pole Package and they say they need three tickets. You would need to select 1 full price and 2 North Pole to get them seats together. If you add an additional full price ticket after selecting seats for the Santa Sack, the seats will not be together.
7. Selecting Seats You can only use the “Best Available Tool” when selling Santa Sacks.

9. Shipping Method We are offering three types of shipping: Regular Mail, Express Delivery, Print-at-Home, and Will Call. To change the shipping from the default Regular Mail – you need to only change the Tickets. Change this for new Delivery Method DO NOT TOUCH THIS DELIVERY METHOD!
10. Reviewing the Order The system will assign the seats for the tickets and provide the correct amenity count. Please refer to the agent website for amenity items included with each Santa Sack. When reviewing the charges for the Package – DO NOT break down the pricing. You would say “the North Pole Package cost $125 with a 8.80 convenience fee per ticket.” NOTE –regardless of what the QTY says the will get only one Santa Sack. The 2 or 4 is for accounting purposes only.
11. Finalize Order You would then complete the order by collecting the customer’s information and credit card and processing the order. There will be no email confirmations given for Santa Sack orders. Please do not inform the customer of email confirmations. Their email will be used for marketing purposes only. If you selected the package in multiples of two or four for the deluxe and you did not change any quantities on the Amenities and you did not change any shipping methods or order charges you have successfully sold a Santa Sack. Don’t forget to offer the up sell Jersey!!
