Add a track on RITM (www.ressourceinstrumentale.com)

1. There are two ways to add tracks to your playlist:
1- Add a track by going to “My Account”
2- Add a track by clicking “Add Music” in the lower-right
corner of the screen

Once you are in My Account, go to “My Composition” and view the
pop-up menu “Add a Composition”

3. Please fill out all fields labeled with a red cross

You can narrow down the choice of music
categories by selecting a subcategory (e.g.
Category: Electro; subcategory: House). Click
“View” in the list of categories in order to see all
music subcategories, and check the
corresponding box.

the select subcategory box

5. Click on the price
you want
You may set the price of a license yourself in case of “Independent
Artists/Individuals)”.
Just scroll down the menu in front of “Price of tracks for independent
artists (€)” and choose among proposed tariffs.

6. Please note your track bitrate
Indicate the track’s bitrate you want to upload. The audio quality
of tracks you put up for sale is important to our clients, and that
is why we do not accept any track below 192 kbps.
However, we strongly advise you not to compress your tracks
beyond 300 kbps in order to keep a good sound quality.

7. Upload your zip file Upload your mp3 Please note the price of your track
(wav tracks) here file here sold on an « Exclusive » basis
All RITM Licenses are non-exclusive, but you may choose to sell your music on an
Exclusive basis. To achieve this, check the corresponding box and indicate the price
you want to sell the track for.
Attention: we wish to keep a consistent price related to the quality of tracks in order
to ensure the highest satisfaction of our clients. That is why we receive an alert
every time there is a track that is in excess of an amount of 500€ so as to verify if the
track is in line with the proposed tariff.
PS : For an Exclusive track, you have to upload the mp3 file for the player
and the wav separate audio tracks for sale

8. Select « Yes » or « No » depends on using
sample in your track
The use of samples is authorized if you hold all relevant
rights and permissions
(see FAQ and Terms and Conditions of Sale).

9. Upload the track on your playlist by
selecting it on your computer
Once the fields have been filled in, you may upload the track in order
to post it online on your profile.
The optimal size is 10 MB. The file format must be at least in a stereo
mp3 quality, 44100 kHz, 192 kbps.

10. Once you have uploaded your file by clicking “Add Music”, all that
remains for you to do is to post it online, so that it is visible on your
profile.
In case of an error, you can also delete the track or hide it
(make it invisible in your playlist)
if you wish to postpone its on-line release.

to modify or delete a track
A complete list of your tracks will appear at the bottom of the page;
you may modify every track (title, price, information, file …), hide it,
make it visible, delete it, etc.

12. Click here
You can easily add a track to your playlist from each page of the
website. When you login, a button “Add Music” will appear on the
right of the player, and when you click it, you will be automatically
redirected to the section “Add a Composition” in “My Account”. All
you have to do now is to repeat the steps previously described.
