From the overview chart for the whole company, we could see that most of the responses to
the eight surveyed categories are positive in general. This shows, at the companywide
overview, that the employees, in general, are pleased with what they are having about Job
Satisfaction; Working Conditions; Personal Opportunities; Co-operation; Compensation &
Benefits; Communication; Supervision, and Management.
4. The responses, however, are negative in most of the eight categories. The above chart also
shows the unfavorable responses ranging from 4% up to 22%. This indicates the disagreement
of employees on each category; this also shows some key issues that the Company should focus
on and/or take action accordingly. According to the percentage of the category surveyed, the
key issues drop on: (1) Compensation & Benefits; (2) Personal Opportunities. As a Counseling
Partner in the Company, we would suggest the followings:

1 Time/Yr
22% 2 Times/Yr
No Option
1 Time/2 Yrs
65% 1 Time/3 Yrs
IV. Overall Conclusion:
• It appears that initiatives should be taken and that attention needs to be directed to
improve employee satisfaction.
• The above shows the survey results of the whole company. The survey results are varied
from each location, and can be broken down upon request.
• The comments do not include the names of persons who give comments; however, their
names, if any, or their department/location can be tracked upon request.
• Based on the popular demand, the survey should be done once a year.
