3. Over 25 years our presence in developing and emerging markets has
grown significantly. We are differentiated from our competitors in our
ability to respond to service and support needs after the product has been
delivered…particularly important where basic infrastructure services like
power and communications are often wanting.
We continue to perfect our transportation, fleet and purpose-built vehicle
capabilities, while placing added importance on power generation, heavy
equipment, and communications projects … these infrastructure needs all
go hand-in-hand.
Most significantly, we have placed major emphasis on our support networks,
investing in systems, people and technologies to meet customer after-sale
requirements. RMA’s supply chain capabilities and support mechanisms are
every bit as important as the quality and reliability of the products we sell.
Superior products and exceptional service will continue to be the
distinguishing aspects of RMA in all the markets we serve. Agility,
commitment and attitude will always be part of our approach.”
