I talked about some of what I've been doing with manufacturing automation, where I see our education system needing to go in order to compete in the future, and about some of the tools coming out for teaching / sharing work in the field.
8. Why Hardware Startups?
• Real Problems: Food, water, shelter,
medicine... We can’t solve these by
just adding software - new machines
and devices need to be made.
• Big Companies aren’t moving fast
enough - we need startups to solve these
hardware problems faster and more widely.
